libfprint-dev software package provides async fingerprint library of fprint project, development headers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfprint-dev
libfprint-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfprint-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfprint-dev *
You will get with libfprint-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
